Both of the drugs contain aspirin or asetylsalicyliic tablet (ASA) that useful for antiinflammatory and antipyretic effect.
The drugs also use for prevention for blood clots in stroke and heart disease like myocard infarction.
The difference, thromboaspilet is chewable drugs so absorption in body faster than aspilet (enteric coated).
If you have bruishing probably sign of trombocytopenia (number of clots forming cells decrease significantly).

I have been taking ordinary aspilets(routine precautionary only)for 10 years with no side effects. I changed to thrombo aspilets last week as aspilets unavailable. I have noticed bruising on my hand on 2 occasions this week (can t remember bumping myself). Is there a big difference between the 2 drugs? I have stopped taking thrombo aspilets.
